Accelerated Course Information

21 Day Private Pilot, includes up to 50 hours of airplane rental

In addition to the aforementioned hourly time in the airplane, the price includes fuel, insurance, instructor time, PCATD simulator time, class room space, study materials, auxiliary multimedia tools and quality accommodations right in the Kailua-Kona village! FAA fees are NOT set by us therefore are NOT included in the fixed price. These costs are not prohibitive.

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Students must successfully pass any FAA written tests for the applicable course before flight training. Also, students should have obtained a FAA Third Class Medical exam. This certificate is the Student Pilot Permit. (If you did not get the Third Class Medical exam/certificate please notify us before your arrival in Hawaii so we can help.) Accelerated flight training in Hawaii can be a lot of fun, but it is considerably concentrated and structured; therefore, a student’s timely completion depends on him/her minimizing distractions. Having the FAA written and medical “out of the way” helps the accelerated student achieve his/her goal on time.

A $2000 deposit will secure a confirmed training date. Upon receipt of deposit, we send out essential prearrival course materials and any other information needed for the student’s stay. Our staff books housing, provides written confirmation, and will assist with rental car reservations. We encourage potential students to book training dates as far in advance as possible, as it eases the scheduling task. Postponement of training date is always processed without penalty. With cancellations, the deposit is fully refundable (less the cost of any advance materials provided) up to 30 days prior to the scheduled training start date.

Our mission is simple. We teach people how to fly and prepare them for FAA examination, in as minimal amount of time as necessary. Our 95% pass rate speaks for itself.
